Shipping policy

Preparation and testing

Research compounds are prepared fresh and third-party tested before shipment; laboratory supplies and equipment are inspected and packed rather than assayed. This quality process takes additional time. You will be notified by email as soon as tracking becomes available.

Because every product is prepared fresh and independently tested against its specification before it leaves the facility, we do not publish delivery estimates, dispatch cut-offs or same-day shipping claims. Quoting a date we cannot control would be a promise made at the expense of the testing step, and the testing step is the reason to buy from us at all.

Orders paid by peer-to-peer transfer enter preparation once the payment clears and is matched to the order reference.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the shipment is created. Until that email arrives, the order is in preparation or testing. There is no need to contact support for a status update before then — the notification is automatic.

• Free standard shipping on orders of $150.00 or more
• Free standard shipping at any order value on an active Research Insider, Lounge Elite or Founders Reserve membership
• Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. We do not publish carrier transit estimates.

Free items with every order

Every order includes one free 10 ml bacteriostatic water vial. Additional free BAC water vials unlock at $200, $300 and $400, and at every further $100 increment. BAC water is added automatically and appears as a $0.00 line item on your order.

Packaging

All shipments are discreet. The outer package is a plain unbranded box or padded mailer with no reference to the contents, the compound names or the nature of the business. The return address shows a generic entity name. Vials are individually protected and the box includes a packing slip with the research-use-only statement.

Cold chain

Compounds ship lyophilised and sealed. In this state they are chemically stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so standard shipping is used by default. Insulated packaging with gel packs is available at cost on request for international destinations with long customs holds.

International

We ship to most countries where the import of research chemicals is lawful. Duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as is confirming that the material may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction. Orders refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund.

Certain destinations are excluded on legal or logistical grounds. If your country is not selectable at checkout, contact support before ordering.

Address accuracy and fraud screening

You can ship to a workplace, research facility, university or alternative receiving address while paying with a card registered elsewhere. Card payments are screened by our processor using address and security-code verification, 3-D Secure and risk scoring; an address mismatch is only one signal and never an automatic decline on its own. Check the delivery address carefully before confirming — an address cannot be changed once tracking has been issued, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-drop services.

Optional checkout add-ons

Two optional services can be added at checkout. Both are $9.99 and neither is required to place an order.

• Skip the Line — once your payment clears, your order is placed in our highest-priority packing queue and worked ahead of regular orders. All Skip the Line orders share one queue and are packed oldest-paid-first, so buying other add-ons does not move you further ahead. Priority covers how quickly we pack and hand off your parcel; carrier transit time is never guaranteed.
• Shipping Protection — Shipping Protection is a Peptide Lounge shipment-protection service. It is not an insurance policy. Claim windows:
  • Visible shipping damage — Submit a claim within 7 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery. Photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the damaged contents.
  • Marked delivered but not received — Allow 48 hours after the carrier delivery scan — carriers sometimes scan before final placement. If it is still missing, submit a claim within 7 calendar days of that scan. Confirmation that you checked the delivery location and with anyone at the address.
  • Lost in transit — Open a claim once the carrier officially reports the shipment lost, or when tracking shows no meaningful movement for 7 consecutive calendar days — whichever applies to your shipment first. No extra evidence needed beyond the tracking record.
  A submitted claim is a request. Only an authorized Peptide Lounge administrator may approve, deny, request more evidence, send a replacement or issue a refund. Customers cannot approve their own claim. Shipping Protection does not affect fulfillment priority. Not covered: An incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied at checkout; Delivery refused at the address; Intentional misuse of the shipment or of this service; A claim found to be fraudulent; Normal carrier delay while the package is still moving in transit; Damage that happens after the shipment was successfully delivered.

Add-on fees are charged with the order and are non-refundable once the order has been packed, except where the order itself is cancelled before fulfillment.

Damage or non-delivery

Report damage or a non-delivery within 7 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the contents. If the tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, allow 48 hours after the delivery scan before reporting. Orders with Shipping Protection follow the claim process above; orders without it are reviewed case by case by our team.
