Shipping policy

Preparation and testing

All products are prepared fresh and third-party tested before shipment. This quality process takes additional time. You will be notified by email as soon as tracking becomes available.

Because every product is prepared fresh and independently tested against its specification before it leaves the facility, we do not publish delivery estimates, dispatch cut-offs or same-day shipping claims. Quoting a date we cannot control would be a promise made at the expense of the testing step, and the testing step is the reason to buy from us at all.

Orders paid by peer-to-peer transfer or cryptocurrency enter preparation once the payment clears and is matched to the order reference.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the shipment is created. Until that email arrives, the order is in preparation or testing. There is no need to contact support for a status update before then — the notification is automatic.

• Standard tracked — free on orders of $150 or more
• Orders below the free-shipping threshold are charged a flat standard rate at checkout

Free items with every order

Every order includes one free 10 ml bacteriostatic water vial. Additional free BAC water vials unlock at $200, $300 and $400, and at every further $100 increment. BAC water is added automatically and appears as a $0.00 line item on your order.

Packaging

All shipments are discreet. The outer package is a plain unbranded box or padded mailer with no reference to the contents, the compound names or the nature of the business. The return address shows a generic entity name. Vials are individually protected and the box includes a packing slip with the research-use-only statement.

Cold chain

Peptides ship lyophilised and sealed under argon. In this state they are chemically stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so standard shipping is used by default. Insulated packaging with gel packs is available at cost on request for international destinations with long customs holds.

International

We ship to most countries where the import of research chemicals is lawful. Duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as is confirming that the material may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction. Orders refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund.

Certain destinations are excluded on legal or logistical grounds. If your country is not selectable at checkout, contact support before ordering.

Address accuracy and fraud screening

You can ship to a workplace, research facility, university or alternative receiving address while paying with a card registered elsewhere. Card payments are screened by our processor using address and security-code verification, 3-D Secure and risk scoring; an address mismatch is only one signal and never an automatic decline on its own. Check the delivery address carefully before confirming — an address cannot be changed once tracking has been issued, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-drop services.

Damage or non-delivery

Report damage or a non-delivery within 14 days of the tracking notification. Damaged vials are replaced at our cost once photographs of the outer packaging, the vial and the label are provided.
